## One room of 20 m² in a shared flat of 100 m² for rent in Szczecin.

Room, in a brand **new renovated flat,** perfectly located on the 3rd floor of a **newly renovated building.** This apartment is **200 m from the** **bus/tram stops** with direct access to PUM university. A grocery shop is on the ground floor (of the next building). The main pedestrian street with pubs, restaurants and other entertainment is at about 600 m.

This room is **very bright and spacious** and is located in a shared 3-room flat of 100 m² (30m² corresponds to the common areas).

The room has a **real 200 x 140 double bed**, a sofa, a 43’’ Samsung smart TV and a **large wardrobe**. The room also has a desk to work on and a chair with wheels.  
All the windows are equipped with blinds.

The shared part of the flat that has a long corridor, includes also a **large bathroom** with a sink, towel radiator, **shower and bathtub**, and a **washing machine.**  
The **toilet** is in a **separate room**.

There is also a kitchen that is **fully equipped** with a modern fridge, a microwave, an oven, table, chairs… You will find a variety of plates and bowls, cutlery, glasses, cups…  
A **cordless hoover** completes the set.

For your safety, there is a **smoke detector**.

**Internet at very high speed (300 Mbit/s) is also included. 🙂**
